## You may

- Install and run **one** copy of this software on domains you control, for the
  single business entity named on your purchase receipt.
- Modify branding, copy and styling for that single installation.

## You may not

- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or share the source code, in whole
  or in part, with any third party.
- Run more than one licensed installation without purchasing an additional
  licence from Moore's Insurance, LLC.
- Remove, replace or redirect the permanent LegalShield enrollment link
  (`https://tomekiamoore.legalshieldassociate.com/`) defined in
  `src/lib/constants.ts`, or remove copyright and licence notices.
- Use the Moore's Insurance, LLC name, logo or NPN 18455129 credentials to
  represent your own agency.

## Purchasing

Licences are purchased directly from Moore's Insurance, LLC. Contact the owner
for pricing, additional installations and support terms.

## No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Moore's
Insurance, LLC is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising
from the software or its use. Licensees are responsible for their own
compliance with CMS, HIPAA, TCPA and state insurance regulations.

Violation of these terms terminates the licence immediately.
