Development ownership & backup directive

Tomekia Eugenia Moore is the intended owner of original project-specific assets created for or validly assigned to the Moore Benefits Group CRM, subject to applicable third-party rights and licences. Use of a technology provider does not itself intentionally transfer that ownership beyond the provider's terms. The CRM remains proprietary software licensed to buyers under its separate licence.

Project policy calls for an owner-controlled private source repository, dated independent exports and encrypted backups, periodic restore testing, documented database and deployment requirements, limited contractor access, and written approval before ownership or account control changes. Customer information must remain separate from public code, analytics, and demonstration materials. These are project governance directives, not a claim that every backup or account arrangement is already in place.
